  1. No Returns for Non-Defective Items

     

    • We currently do not accept returns for items without quality issues, due to high cross-border shipping costs. Please double-check sizing and product details before purchase.

     

  2. Refund or Replacement for Defective Items

     

    • If your item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We’ll offer a full refund or ship a replacement at no extra charge.

     

  3. No Physical Returns

     

    • Due to international logistics, we cannot accept physical returns of any products.

     

  4. Special Item Notice

     

    • Promotional and seasonal clothing items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
